OK, so its reference to an obscure movie. But its also a reference to the new feature on VibeRate! Digg (http://www.Digg.com) is a self-proclaimed "user driven social content web site". Basically, it lets you, the average web user, determine what's hot and what's not on the web. Whenever you see an article you like, you can Digg it. The more Diggs an article has, the more exposure it will get on the Digg site. So, how does that affect me, you ask? Well, maybe not you directly (unless you're an artist)...BUT you can help promote you favorite artist. Whenever you view an article on VibeRate, you will see a link named "Digg this article" to the right of the title. If the article mentions your favorite artist, then, by clicking the link, you will be promoting your favorite band, giving them free support and more exposure.

If you are an artist (or one of their legions of fans), tell all of your fans (unless, of course, you're already a fan), friends, family, pet dog, mailman, gynecologist, bartender, therapist (you get the idea) to view any article on VibeRate which mentions you and click the "Digg this article" link. BAM! Instant stardom without having to go through weeks of judging by some pompous dude with a bad english accent, an alcoholic ho and an out of work has-been...all of whom wish they had as much talent and success as you have in your guitar pick. Can ya dig THAT?!?
