Robert Pierre Unity Festival

Nashville, TN (Aug 30, 2007) - Fourteen year-old thinkaboutit records recording artist Robert Pierre recently lit up the stage and joined some of today's hottest Christian acts for the three-day Unity Christian Music Festival at Muskegon's Heritage Landing on Muskegon Lake in Muskegon, Mich.  At the festival, Pierre took the main stage to perform songs from his debut album, Inside Out, which released November 7, 2006.

Presented by Alive on the Lakeshore, the Unity Christian Music Festival is a three-day festival focused on the best in Christian music, featuring top Christian acts including Newsboys, Jars of Clay, Casting Crowns and Mercy Me.  The festival is the largest Christian music festival in Michigan with over 50,000 attendees.  For more information on the Unity Christian Music Festival, visit www.unitymusicfestival.com.

With the release of Inside Out, Robert Pierre has been receiving comparisons to Jump5, Jesse McCartney and Hanson from media outlets such as Focus on the Family's Brio and Breakaway magazines for teens, Plugged In Magazine and Christian Music Planet Magazine.  Pierre has been introducing tweens and their parents to his music through events like Rock the Universe 2006, held at Universal Studios Florida® theme park in Orlando, and the Christ in Youth "Believe Tour," which hit ten markets throughout its October 2006-April 2007 run.  His interactive website further acquaints visitors with the teen artist by offering a preview of Inside Out, through a flash audio jukebox player, and downloads of buddy icons, banners, avatars and screensavers.  Pierre will also be featured on several other festivals in summer 2007, including the Rock the Light Festival and Rock the Universe.

With a passionate voice and a message of hope, Robert Pierre connects to both his peers and their parents, filling the recent void in the tween market.  Inside Out touches on themes of God's love, walking by faith and the difference one person can make, as well as tackling the timely discussion of evolution vs. the case for a Creator. Produced by Robert White Johnson (Celine Dion, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Van Zant), The Stitts Brothers (Chris Tomlin, Al Green) and Dove Award-winning singer/songwriter Al Denson, Inside Out reflects a young man with a strong desire to develop a music ministry to youth and music lovers alike.

Robert Pierre's Inside Out is distributed in the CBA market by Provident-Integrity Distribution and by Sony BMG in the general market and can currently be found in major retail chains such as Wal-Mart, Best Buy and Circuit City.  For more information about Robert Pierre and Inside Out, visit www.robertpierre.com.
